Colour selection day.....

Finally....our day came to choose our colours & upgrades!
We were there from 8.30am till about 1.30pm & that included doing all the electrical also, we were pretty much organised & did our homework leading up to the day.
We chose a lot more things than we planned for & probably went over the budget but hey it's better to do it now than regret it later.
So now the wait as tender isn't till Feb 2015 because of the land title.
We got everything we chose emailed & sent to us with a few mistakes but they were rectified straight away via a phone call.

Every week we drive past the land to see if there is any progress.....sadly we are disappointed.

The land titles in Feb/March 2015 but they said firstly roads would start end of June then they said July, then August, then September now it's October & still just grass & some cows.

Apparently there is some problem with bandicoots & frogs so the developer has to pay more to protect them or home them better.
